I bring to this company over 32 years of title & closing experience, all those years in the St. Cloud area. I have been trained and know all aspects of operating a title company from the time that an order comes in to the time the final policy is issued. My primary emphasis has been in Residential but I also have experience in Commercial. Our office has a strong commitment to the area and industry. We have become members of all area Chambers, CMBA, St. Cloud Area Association of Realtors, BNI groups, St. Cloud Downtown Council, Zonta member, MLTA, ALTA. I bring with me over 28 years of experience in the title and closing business. I started my career in title and real estate working for a law firm. There I learned about title opinions and the documents required to transfer and clear title. I moved to the St. Cloud area in the fall of 1990 where I welcomed the opportunity to work at a St. Cloud title company. I was with that company for approximately 18 years. Within that company I had worked in several areas included but not limited to processing new orders, examining, typing title commitments, typing policies, drafting documents, closings, supervisor and commercial closing assistant. In July of 2008, Lori offered me a position with Quarry Title which has turned out to be a wonderful opportunity for myself and family.
